Revd Dr Anderson Moyo
Deputy Dean of Students and Pastoral CareHe is a Faith Advisor in Sheffield Hallam University, providing pastoral care and spiritual support to staff and students as part of the Chaplaincy Network. Anderson is a Tutor in several Theological institutions in the UK, including Kings School of Theology based in Derby. The main areas of interest and research that he lectures on are missiology, leadership development, ecclesiology and discipleship. Anderson is passionately involved in equipping church leaders on theology, leadership development, disciple-making and diasporic missiology in various settings internationally in the context of the local church. Anderson is an author of the book, The Audacity of Diasporic Missiology (2014) and contributes to various journals and book chapters on Missiology and African Diaspora Mission in the Global north.
Anderson holds a Diploma in Christian Leadership and Theological Studies from Africa School of Theological Studies (Harare, Zimbabwe); and degrees in Business Studies (BSc. Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe (Harare, Zimbabwe); in Christian Leadership and Management (MA) from Africa Academy for Leadership and Management (Harare, Zimbabwe); Organisational Change and Consultancy (MSc) from Sheffield Hallam University (Sheffield, UK); Doctor of Ministry [Diasporic Missiology] from Asbury Theological Seminary (Kentucky, USA). Anderson is happily married to Lydia, and they have three children.
