Dr Naar M’fundisi-Holloway

Vice Principal – Operations and Communications

Dr Naar M’fundisi-Holloway is the Vice Principal (Operations and Communications) and a trustee at Christ Theological College (CTC). In her role, she provides strategic leadership in operational management and communications, ensuring the smooth functioning of the college’s academic and administrative activities.

Dr M’fundisi-Holloway is also an Action Researcher at the Territorial Headquarters of The Salvation Army in London. Previously, she worked as a qualified secondary school teacher of Religious Education, Philosophy, and Health and Social Care, as well as a Theology Lecturer in Birmingham, UK. She completed her PhD in Theology, focusing on Pentecostal and Charismatic Christianity in Zambia, at the University of Birmingham.

An expert on Pentecostal and Charismatic Christianity in Zambia, Dr M’fundisi-Holloway has published journal articles and book chapters on its history and its intersections with HIV/AIDS and politics. She is the author of Pentecostal and Charismatic Christianity and Civic Engagement in Zambia (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018).

A wife, mother, and native Zambian, Naar lives in the United Kingdom, where she continues to contribute to academic and faith-based communities globally.
